3. What Personal Data We Collect
Depending on how you contact us, we may process the following categories of data:
- Via the Website contact form: name, phone number, and the subject of your inquiry.
- Via Telegram: any information you voluntarily provide in your messages to us (name, contact details, description of your matter), as well as your Telegram profile details (username, ID).
- Technical data: the Website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitor behavior. Technical data is processed only to the extent necessary for the Website to function properly.
We do not request special categories of personal data through the contact form. If such information is voluntarily disclosed by you (in the form or on Telegram) as part of describing your legal matter, it is processed solely for the purpose of providing you with legal advice.

6. Storage and Transfer of Data
- Request-processing server (Cloudflare Workers) — used only to transmit contact-form data to the Company and does not permanently store personal data;
- Company's Telegram group — used to receive and handle inquiries by Company staff;
- Company CRM system — used to record inquiries and manage client relationships.
Access to personal data is limited to authorized Company employees who require it to perform their duties. The Company does not disclose personal data to third parties, except where required by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan or where necessary to provide you with legal services (e.g., representing your interests before a court or a state authority), and only with your consent.
7. Data Localization
In accordance with the personal data localization requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, databases containing personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan are hosted and processed using technical facilities located within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The Operator takes the necessary organizational measures to ensure that the data-processing systems it uses (including its CRM and communication channels) comply with the localization requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In accordance with the Law "On Personal Data," the Operator's personal data database is subject to state registration with the State Center for Personalization.

9. Data Retention Period

The Company takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
12. Cookies
The Website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Technically necessary data required for the Website's basic functioning is processed to a minimal extent and is not used to build a visitor profile or to track behavior across other websites.
