Straight answers, before the consultation
Answers to the questions most often asked before the first consultation.
How does the "fixed price" work? What if the matter turns out to be more complex?
The price is fixed in writing before work starts, after a 15-minute scoping call. If the scope changes along the way, we stop, explain what changed, and agree a new price before continuing. You will never receive a surprise bill for hours worked.
What happens after I message you on Telegram?
During business hours, a partner — not a bot, not an account manager — replies within 2 hours. We clarify the task, offer a 15-minute call, and send you a written fixed price the same day.
Are government duties included in your prices?
No — and that's deliberate. Government duties are shown as a separate line, at official rates: for example, LLC registration is $800 for our services plus a UZS 396,000 state fee. That way you see exactly what goes to the state and what goes to us.
Do you work with foreign companies?
Yes — it's our core practice: registration with foreign participation, bank accounts, work permits, IT Park. English is a working language of the firm; documents and correspondence in English carry no premium.
How are you different from the large international firms?
International firms in Tashkent bill at $100–300+ an hour and don't publish their rates. We maintain the same standards and give the same partner attention — at roughly half the price, and every price is published on this page.
Who handles my matter?
A partner. The firm has three partners, two of them licensed advocates. We deliberately don't hand clients off to junior lawyers — you always know who is responsible for your matter.
How do you protect confidentiality?
An NDA on request before the first call, a conflict-of-interest check before we accept any engagement, and access to your files limited to the partner working with you. Attorney-client privilege is protected by law.
