A law firm where a partner is personally accountable for your matter
Yuksak Legal opened in Tashkent in 2026. We are three founding partners, two of us licensed advocates. We run your matter ourselves, from the first call to the last signature.
Five rules we work by
The price on the site is the price in the contract
If a fee is quoted here, that's the fee in your engagement letter. Not a starting point, not something that grows once the work turns out to take longer.
A partner replies within 2 business hours
A question on an open matter goes to the partner running it, not a case manager, and gets answered within 2 business hours — no queue, no hand-off.
Government fees, itemized
State duties, notary and registration fees are billed separately from our fee, so you always know what's going to the government and what's going to us.
A second partner reads every document
Before anything leaves the firm — for a client or for a state authority — a second partner reviews it. Not a sign-off. A read.
Conflicts are checked before we take the matter
We run a conflict check when you first reach out, not after we've taken a retainer. If there's a conflict, you'll hear it from us before you've counted on us.
What we do
Corporate law and transactions
Incorporation and restructuring, M&A, shareholder disputes, due diligence, and the agreements between business partners that head off problems before they start.
Market entry for foreign investors
Getting into the Uzbek market: choosing a structure, registration, currency control, permits and first contracts — run in English, by people who understand where you're viewing this market from.
Commercial contracts and foreign trade
Supply, distribution and services agreements, and cross-border contracts — drafted, reviewed and negotiated with currency and customs regulation in view.
Employment law and HR compliance
Employment contracts, internal policies, hiring foreign specialists, terminations that don't turn into disputes, and audits of personnel records.
Tax advisory
Structuring transactions, flagging a deal's tax exposure before it's signed, and handling inquiries and audits — in numbers, not general reassurance.
IT and data
Personal data handling, software development and licensing agreements, data localization, and the questions specific to technology businesses.
Real estate
Land and property transactions, title and site due diligence, lease agreements and construction contracts.
Who handles your matter
Yuksak Legal is three founding partners. Two of us are licensed advocates. Contract and advisory work is handled directly by the firm; court representation falls outside what a limited liability company may do here, so litigation is handled by us as advocates under a separate agreement. We're not publishing photos or biographies at this stage, by choice — you'll meet the team in person, not on a webpage.
Corporate law, transactions, finance and market entry for investors
Commercial contracts, cross-border trade, pre-litigation claims
Employment law, HR compliance, regulatory and immigration matters
Tell us what you're dealing with
Send us the situation — a partner will reply within 2 business hours with what we can do. If we can't help, we'll say that too.
