You can register an LLC in Uzbekistan in 1–2 business days — but that is only the registration itself. The real journey to an operating company with a bank account takes 2–3 weeks, and the "company in 1 day" promises you see from Dubai-based resellers simply skip the steps they don't control. Here is the full route, with the actual fee stack.
What the state charges
| Item | Amount | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| State registration fee | UZS 396,000 (~$33) | 0.9 BRV (base calculation value) when filed online via birdarcha.uz |
| Digital signature (company) | UZS 44,000 | valid 2 years; required for filings and e-invoices |
| Charter capital | no statutory minimum | new LLC Law (No. ZRU-1137, in force July 2026) |
| Foreign-investment enterprise status | capital from UZS 400M (~$34k) | optional; foreign share ≥15%; extra guarantees |
The route, step by step
1. PINFL (personal ID number) for the foreign founder — needed before filing; can be obtained by power of attorney. 2. Name & registered address — a uniqueness check; an address is mandatory (a virtual-office service works). 3. Charter & founding resolution — foreign corporate documents need an apostille and a certified translation. 4. Online filing via birdarcha.uz — the registration itself takes from 15 minutes to 1 business day. 5. Bank account — the step everyone underestimates: KYC for a foreign-owned company takes anywhere from 3–5 days to 2 weeks, depending on the bank and source-of-funds documentation. A "bank introduction" from a reseller is not an opened account. 6. Tax registration & e-invoicing — regime selection (4% turnover tax up to ~UZS 5.28bn annual revenue), e-invoicing (ESF) connection.

FAQ
Can I register fully remotely?
Yes, by power of attorney (apostilled and translated). Coming in person speeds up the bank step but is not required.
Do I need a local director or partner?
No. 100% foreign ownership is allowed, and the director can be a foreigner (the director will need a work permit to be employed in Uzbekistan).
What taxes will the company pay?
Up to ~UZS 5.28bn annual turnover — 4% turnover tax. Above that: 12% VAT + 15% CIT, or a simplified 6%/0% regime for services. We help you choose at registration.
